Dani Day

Associate Director

Dani has worked with domestic and international non-profit organizations since 2007.

She has completed bachelor's degrees in Anthropology and Social Work at Texas Christian University and a master's degree at the Clinton School of Public Service where she focused on program development, evaluation and entrepreneurial models of public service. Throughout her studies, Dani has traveled to fourteen countries across four continents working within various roles of anthropological observation, public service and organizational development.

At THRIVE, Dani writes and manages government grants, plans and evaluates programs, guides organizational procedures and serves as a public advocate for the organization. She also supervises special services staff and general operations. Dani has been working to expand THRIVE services by leading the new Migrant Wellness Program (MWP) pilot, which facilitates essential behavior and psychosocial health services for vulnerable migrant families.
