Clinical Services Coordinator
Mary joined THRIVE in 2024 after earning her Bachelor of Science in International Development with a minor in Pre-Therapeutic Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University. In 2020, she completed a Global Health study abroad program in Uganda, where she interned at a local hospital and gained hands-on experience in infectious disease prevention and treatment alongside Ugandan healthcare professionals.
Throughout her academic and professional journey, Mary has designed and implemented health promotion programs within refugee resettlement agencies. She has developed and facilitated educational materials on women’s health, relationship safety, and gender equity for refugee communities in both San Diego and Salt Lake City.
At THRIVE, Mary manages the client waitlist, coordinates screenings and intakes for new participants, collaborates with partner organizations, and serves as a key point of contact for community inquiries about THRIVE’s services. She is deeply committed to advancing health equity and is motivated by THRIVE’s vision of fostering a more just and inclusive global community.
