We are Here to Help.
The success of THRIVE Center for Survivors of Torture programs affirms the widely held belief that survivors of torture and severe war trauma need integrated services that sensitively and effectively address their complex psychological, physical, social, and cultural needs. We recognize that only when the pain, loss, and grief associated with torture and trauma are addressed and resiliency is restored can survivors begin to work toward integration and self-sufficiency. We practice a client-centered approach to the delivery of services. We are sensitive to the cultural, religious, and linguistic needs of each client.
